Reservations

Reserve your room at $201.00 per night plus tax.  Book your room by February 23 in order to receive the discounted NAACOS rate based on availability.  Once the NAACOS block is sold out, we are unable to add any additional rooms (per the hotel).  

Cancelations

Cancelation policies is 72 hours prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancelation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service.  NAACOS does not handle any hotel reservations for participants – you need to go directly to the hotel.

Parking

• Self parking, fee: $36 USD daily
• Valet parking is not available 
• Garage height max clearance 7 feet 2 inches (fees apply for oversized vehicles)
